Baby classes for our motivated movers. (4 - 5 months old: March & April born babies)

Development of skills:

Visual fixing and tracking refines ocular control, coming from greater head control while providing positive feedback for further strengthening.
This allows for greater bilateral symmetry, midline orientation and activation of flexor and extensor muscles leading to improved gross motor development such as hand-hand and hand-mouth contact and rolling.
Body awareness and bearing weight in prone, supine, side lying and on the feet develop muscle tone needed for antigravity control so that the hands can be freed up for exploration and fine motor development.
