About Us

Our Story
The Parent-Infant Program (PIP) was founded in 1997 by Anne Knecht-Boyer, whose pioneering approach and deep commitment to early childhood development helped shape the lives of over 6,000 babies in Hong Kong. Her work laid the foundation for what has become one of the city's most trusted programs for new parents.
Today, PIP is led by Saffron Brown and Lisa Pang, who bring a fresh perspective and a shared background in health and education. With a strong focus on evidence-based practice, they continue to evolve the program to meet the diverse and dynamic needs of families across Asia—while honouring the legacy that has made PIP so valued in the community.
Families continue to place their trust in PIP as a supportive, expert resource during their baby’s first year—a time of growth, change, and connection.

Our Values
At the International Parent Infant Program, we nurture infant development in a safe and comfortable environment. Our small classes empower parents with knowledge and bonding techniques ranging from baby massage to understanding development timelines. We tailor our program to their specific stage of development, from their milestones to the integration of newborn reflexes - fostering motor skills, and creating a supportive community for families to thrive together.

Our Team
Saffron and Lisa are the heart of the International Parent Infant Program, bringing warmth, expertise, and passion to every session. With a shared commitment to supporting parents and fostering infant development, they create a nurturing space where families can learn, bond, and grow.
Benefits of our Programs?
-
Infants
We promote holistic development through psychomotor skills, using purposeful play and combining fun with learning. With activities to boost motor skills, movement, strength, and balance, we support milestones like rolling, sitting, crawling, and walking. Beyond physical growth, we foster cognitive skills, problem-solving, and social development in a fully equipped studio, nurturing confidence and coordination in every child.
-
Parents
Parents are empowered with the knowledge and support they need to nurture their baby’s physical and cognitive development. Through expert guidance, a safe and stimulating environment, and a strong sense of community, PIP helps families thrive. Its holistic approach fosters connections, enhances learning, and provides invaluable resources for parents and children in Hong Kong.
